Mom put this website together so that you can make the same dishes we enjoy together as a family over the years. I know that you don't like to do a lot of research so I put together a list of websites I usually refer to when I'm making dinner for you guys.

Here's a link to our favorite Laotian beef jerky recipe. Just remember to add a tablespoon of dried crushed chili flakes to spice it up. Use the dehydrator to dry the jerky at the lowest setting for 6 hours. It will still be alittle moist but Ama usually puts the jerky in the air fryer to cook it the rest of the way when you are ready to eat it. Optionally, you can fry the jerky in oil. Store in jerky in a freezer bag and bring it out when you are ready to cook an eat it.
